We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Warranty Support Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for warranty coverage and support for your Candle Warmer Lamp purchase. It is only applicable when you have registered your product.

Limited Warranty

We offer a limited 1-year warranty on our Candle Warmer Lamps, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship under normal use and proper care. Bulbs are not covered under Warranty.

Warranty Coverage

  1. Defects: This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including malfunctioning switches, electrical components, and construction issues that affect the functionality of the Candle Warmer Lamp.
  2. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental breakage, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, natural wear and tear, or any alterations made by the user.

Warranty Support Process

  1. Contact Us: If you believe your Candle Warmer Lamp is experiencing a covered issue, please contact our customer support at __________ within the warranty period.
  2. Assessment: Our support team will guide you through troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue can be resolved remotely.
  3. Return Authorization: If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, and it’s determined that your product requires further assessment or repair, we will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for returning the item.
  4. Evaluation: Once the item is received, our technicians will assess the product to confirm the warranty eligibility and diagnose the issue.
  5. Repair or Replacement: If the issue is covered by the warranty and cannot be resolved through simple repairs, we will repair or replace the defective part or item, at our discretion.
  6. Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.

Warranty Exclusions

  1. Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
  2. Refund for Canceled Orders: If your order is canceled before it is shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Important Notes

  • In the case of a replacement, the warranty coverage will continue from the original purchase date and will not be extended.
  • We reserve the right to request photographic evidence or other documentation to assess the warranty claim.
  • This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
