Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via native US Carriers for all orders.
- Shipping Duration: Estimated delivery time are as follows: Domestic: 5 to 7 business days
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to US and Canada Only.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply.
Return Policy
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your Candle Warmer Lamp must be damaged. It must also be in its original packaging.
For bulbs – Only if you receive damaged bulbs, meaning they fail to turn on upon receiving the product. - Return Period: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Once authorized, securely package the item and include a copy of your original order invoice.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. - Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Exchanges: Exchange is only applicable for damaged bulbs, meaning they fail to turn on upon receiving the product.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and may offer a replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
- Refund for Canceled Orders: If your order is canceled before it is shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
