  • Find the bulb socket in candle warmer Lamp.
  • Carefully handle the halogen bulb by its base, avoiding touching the glass part with your
    fingers. Oils from your skin can cause damage to the bulb or affect its performance.
  •  Align the pins on the base of the halogen bulb with the corresponding holes in the bulb socket.
  •  Gently push the bulb into the socket, and twist it to right to secure it.

Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty.

We offer a I-year limited warranty to replace component. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse or loss of the Candle Warmer Lamp.

Bulbs are consumables and are not covered by the warranty.
